Welcome to Dickens Place!

We are a quiet residential community of 700 single family homes located within the city of Southaven in Desoto County Mississippi, just minutes south of Memphis Tennessee. Annual Meeting - 2nd attempt

Those who did not attend the annual meeting last month are encouraged to attend our second attempt to obtain a quorum. The new meeting date is Thursday March 22nd at the Desoto Hills Baptist church at 6:30pm. We will discuss the recent goings on of the HOA and plans for the new year. If you attended the first meeting last month, you do not need to attend again - the same information will be presented. Please feel free to bring your dues payment or drop off your proxy form if you will not be able to stay for the duration of the meeting. See you then!

2018 Dues Invoices

The invoices for the 2018 year have been mailed to all owners. Please call the management office with any questions about your bill at 901-321-6760. You may pay online or by mail. Thank you in advance for taking care of this in a timely manner so we can begin working on 2018 projects as soon as we get into the new year. Happy Holidays!

Fence Replacement

The FENCE REPLACEMENT along Getwell Road that we discussed during the annual meeting will begin around April 10th at the North end of Dickens Place. Heading in a southerly direction, the contractor will construct about 150ft of fence per day; tearing down and setting posts in the morning, and finishing pickets, rails, caps, etc so that we avoid going over 24 hours without a fence on any lots.
